Manage Attendees

Create an application for attendees with automated acceptance or an approval process, delivering the data directly into the CRM.  Use the API to connect to your preferred e-commerce engine to take payment by attendee type or establish attendees from a 3rd-party system.

Virtual Booths

Provide exhibitors with a virtual booth accessed from the exhibit floor directory on the home page.  Exhibitors customize the booth with branding and graphics, web pages, banners and downloadable and sharable content.  Booths can have live chat, meeting calendars and forms to engage attendees.

Speakers/Session Leaders

Offer speakers & session leaders a speaker profile to promote their expertise.  Profiles can have speaker contact information, web pages, videos, blogs, articles and other content, and links back to their website for more information or to purchase their books and materials.

Analyze ROI

Track each attendee’s activity as they interact with the platform.  Reports detail virtual booths that were visited, content that was viewed or downloaded and sessions were registered for.  Add forms throughout the platform and inside virtual booths with form reports available to virtual booth owners and the event host.  


Manage Sessions

Post and schedule sessions and keynotes with detailed descriptions asking attendees to pre-register.  Sessions are automatically added to the attendee personal event calendar, and can be added to Outlook, iCal or Gmail.  

Attendee Dashboard

Attendees have personalized dashboards with links to discussion forums, bookmarked content, the agenda, speaker page, event calendar and more.  Dynamically change the dashboard with text & graphics, banners or videos to increase attendee interest and direct their focus.

Outreach & Engage

ConveyLive has a drip marketing campaign service to launch email campaigns that recruit attendees linking them to the site registration page. The system has newsletters and custom emails to promote interest in the event and keep attendees engaged.

Network & Interact

Discussion forums become networking lounges for attendees to enter, ask questions, share ideas and suggest strategies.  Each forum can be fully managed by the event host with a daily forum email digest delivered to attendees updating them about activity inside the lounges.


Calendars & Reminders

Set reminders for individuals to login, to update content, or to refresh expiring banners or scheduled content.  Deliver email notifications when forms are filled out, passwords are changed, or other actions are required. Text & email reminders are sent from attendee personal calendars.

Agenda Management

Create customized agenda pages added to the platform home page or attendee dashboard.  Pages can be directories of scheduled sessions or keynotes with the option for attendees to register for one or more sessions right from the agenda page.  Separate each agenda page by date and group them together in a drop-down menu.

Points for Prizes

Allow exhibitors and sponsors to manage a points budget to award attendees points for activity and engagement during the event.  Attendees and exhibitors have a points report to keep track and attendees can redeem points for gift cards or merchandise.

API

Use the API to connect an external platform to the ConveyLive platform to add attendees from an external system and update their data.  Allow attendees to go back and forth between platforms with a single sign on.
