Improvements for Private Sites

Private sites can be accessed from the Convey login page or can be accessed from a 3^rd party site through a single sign on process.  For those using a single sign on process, this improvement will allow an alternate URL to be added to redirect the user away from the Convey login page to the 3^rd party login page.  A person will be redirected to the custom URL when:

• They try to access any part of the Convey site without logging in
• They were previously logged into the Convey site, but got logged out of their session due to inactivity

If an Alternate URL is added, site administrators can still log in directly without going through the 3^rd party site by going to <sitedomain>/adminlogin
