Single Sign on and Member Management API

For site owners who currently manage their members in a 3rd-party site, Convey offers two APIs that provide seamless Single Sign-On functionality as well as automated member management. Our Single Sign-On API allows members to securely and quickly transition from the 3rd party site to your Convey portal without having to enter in usernames and passwords. This makes your Convey portal feel like an extension of the 3rd party site. Additionally, our Manage Members API allows the 3rd party site to automatically maintain member records in your Convey portal so that permission structures and marketing campaigns reflect the most up-to-date information you have on each member.

Portal Configuration

The Convey technology is designed to be customized, branded and configured in matter of days, not weeks or months. The administrative engine consists of 4 CRM tools to manage members, content providers, administrative users and prospects. Set up of the CRM is a simple process of adding fields and organizing them into section. The technology comes complete with a library of standard reports that can be turned into custom reports.

Content management involves organizing the portal into content catalogs allowing different departments or entities to add and manage content. Portals have extensive messaging capabilities to notify and remind portal administrators and their members to take action or of any administrative changes to their account. Messaging includes custom emails and newsletters with opt out management.
