Wafford's experience includes international and domestic, public and private company acquisitions and merger and integration planning. She has built and developed all aspects of finance and accounting functions including systems, policies and procedures, budgeting, business plan development and facilities management.
Ed Larson, Board Member
Ed Larson was the founder and CEO of The Conference Depot (TCD), founded in 2001 and acquired by Copper Services (now Convey) in 2008. TCD grew rapidly as his innovative business tactics capitalized on the under-served market of small to medium-sized business. Larson was on the forefront of email marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and has fine-tuned a variety of innovative marketing strategies. He co-founded Micro Alliance, a manufacturer of industrial computer platforms, sold to SBS Technologies now part of General Electric. Currently Larson is the CEO and Founder of Call2Test a technology company offering an easy, cost effective method for automating the randomization of patient's tests to comply with regulatory and court-ordered testing requirements.
